I did end up betting the turn and he called with X and I was pretty well boned. Just wondering how out of line I got.

On the flop, if you lead and the LAG raises pot what would you do?

Well, I'm having difficulty because of knowing his hand--which makes it a clear fold.

What they'll usually do, though, is call, at least FR. I guess if you view his range as some kind of JJ, or a hand pretty much like the one he has, you probably have to fold--although I'd have trouble doing it in practice. If he's on a draw, he almost has to have a bigger flush draw than yours. You're not really in very good shape against his range, I think.

I CR flop. Seems no particular reason not to check the turn.
