I was not happy about the all-in raise from the small stack because he reopened the betting round. But could anyone fold here? After the max reraise from villain I guess that I am in a raise or fold situation. What is the best play against an unknown villain (only 14 hands in db) ?

I was surprised how much I was dominated in this spot (ev was only 30 percent).

pre-flop. i will want to see a flop with the hand. now, if in a 3 way pot my opponents force me all-in to see that flop so be it. i'll gamble and in a 3 way pot it's usually about an equity toss up. in a heads-up pot you will almost always have the option of simply calling and closing the action to see a flop for a small price. unfortunately, in your case the worst of both situations occurred. it's 3 way action when the betting is re-opened, but you now have to pay a huge price to see a flop heads-up in the side pot. you should probably fold in this situation now, although honestly i never do it. fergee had about the strongest possible hand both in general and relative to yours, that's why you were crushed. no biggie, just suck out on him. nh.
