I have an easier time folding on the river on this hand than I do with the trip 2s in the previous hand. It's pretty safe to say he has a full house. His bet on the end is his last attempt to get some value out of his hand. I would disappoint him and fold. I think calling the turn is fine. The chance that your full house draw is live plus the chance that you have the better kicker all along makes this a call. If he bets the river again, though, I think you have to fold unimproved. I wouldn't expect him to bet again on the river unless he was full.

Edit: The fact that this is heads-up makes this is a little tougher. However, everything about the way he is betting leads me to believe he can beat your trip kings.

It's weird, my first thought was that a raise on the turn might get him to fold if he has QQ, since he has to figure you for a K, and the deuce just might scare him into thinking you boated up (A2K being a very playable holding). I'll agree with the other guys that this is highly read dependent, but if you raise him back the $12.50 you'll only have to get him to fold one time in 4 for it to pay off (or is that one in three? I need more coffee to figure it out).

Looking at this guys wtsd% it's probably not even worth considering here, however.
