The only possible hand you beat is a KTxx hand with a draw that got cute on the end. Not unheard of at the $25 level, but I don't know that it's enough to risk a buyin sized bet on the river.

I agree with MTPaid that if it were for a buyin, I would probably shove that turn. I think the hand looks fine as played.
