Should I have gotten all my chips in on the flop.

SB was an idiot and UTG was solid.

I figured UTG for a set.

I would have gladly pushed if my stack was 100BB, but I am not sure how deeper stacks affect pushing like this.

Well, that minraise by UTG is a dead givaway that he doesn't mind playing against the shorter player but needs more information before committing against you. He would and should always raise the max with top set; since you have the nfd he'd probably also raise the max with a wrap (or flat call). Anyway, it seems likely he has a weak made hand.
You don't mind playing against the SB since he only has $30 left so ideally you get the deeper player out and play allin against the SB with his AA. So push seems best, you have reasonable folding equity against UTG and great equity against an overpair by SB.

By the way, autoraise on the button preflop!

I would have raised it preflop. As played, I would check/raise that flop the max and be happy to...

Get the deep stack out and play against the donkey with TP + double gutter + Nut flush draw. You're way ahead of AA and doing OK against a set. Since you have the Q the top set is unlikely to be out there and since you're repping it, you could get the shark to fold bottom or middle set (I would insta fold bottom and probably fold middle set).

Raise flop as previous posters stated. I don't REALLY mind the fold tho but I'd personally raise this more often than I'd fold it.

Another interpretation could be that he and you are reasonably deep here, and this board is draw-heavy, so he's mini-raising his set to allow the bad SB player the opportunity to push, re-opening the pot and allowing him to get all in against you. Something I'd consider doing in this spot with a set if I thought SB was very likely to push, going on previous observation of his play.

I agree that your interpretation is perhaps more likely, but I think this is certainly something worth considering before potentially pushing in nearly two buyins as possibly a reasonably bad underdog. I think I'd just call this, but I don't feel that great about it...
