I wouldn't be surprises if there were some strategic bombings, especially along the border, but invasion? No.

The article doesn't say the US will attack in Spring, but that it will be able to attack by Spring, and suggests next year as a more likely date. If by that time the Repubs are still way behind in the polls, I guess an attack becomes more likely.
