So why has MVP not been Un-Banned yet?

10 days ended yesterday. Or did this turn into a permaban without anyone being told? The mafia needs the Don back. I mean whats a good mafia without a Don? BTW, whoever came up with that "mafia" stuff, pertaining to MVP, that was really F'in lame IMHO.
