My first job was the worst, a part time job while I was at school working in the meat department of a large supermarket. I had to spend several hours each day scrubbing the blood and guts from the fridge walls, moving pig carcasses around from hook to hook as I worked.

In the afternoon I had to dismantle the mincer and wash its parts in scolding hot water. They put me on this because the first (and only) time they told me to mince a tray of beef, pack it, label it and put it on the shelves I got the wrong meat tray, and minced some prime pork instead - quite a big mistake in a strongly Jewish area.

When I play a patient and relaxed game I win - that simple.

when i was 15,16 i had to wash dishes for a polish resort, everything was old fashioned. i got paid $10 a meal, which sucked b/c i would be there 3 hours most of the time and worked 3 meals a day. so $30 dollars a day for about 9 hours of work, and during holidays i was there a hell of a lot longer and got paid the same.

The one cook there who we called "sweat hog", he used to be sweating so bad when putting food on the plates, it was really disgusting. He used to throw the pots and pans into my sink from where he was which was about 25 feet. And half the time he would throw it at me in the sink for regular dishes. The pot sink was on the opposite end, and it used to piss me off to no end.
mets better step it up
