I would hope Party would put up something of a fight....if not, I think Stars will. No proof of that, just something in my gut says Stars is not just gonna walk away...especially is Party does ban US Players...Stars could seize the top spot, and be the online poker powerhouse once things get straightened out.

Another idea that popped into my head...why doesn't one of the big online rooms, like Stars...form their own bank! They could base it in England, where poker is legal, form a partnership with a bank like the Royal Bank of Scotland...plus they could open up for business to anyone who wanted an account. US banks would then be unable to determine whether a check or EFT from this bank was an illegal gambling transaction, or a transfer from my Scottish Aunt for an Xmas present! Unlikely I know, just trying to think outside of the box.
