I'm at work today and all of a sudden I have to sneeze. So I turn around so as not to sneeze on my customer, and it comes. But POW!, when it comes, I feel what felt like a pop in my right rear side just below the bottom rib about 6 inches out from the spine. EXCRUCIATING pain! (Almost EXCREMENTING pain!

) And now I can barely stand up. this was embarassing! So I went in the break room for a few minutes to see if it would calm down so I could go back out there. It didn't. I ended up going home and taking some leftover pain killers from my surgery earlier this year, and am now icing it down in the hopes that it will calm down enough to allow me to go to work tomorrow.
Who knew a sneeze could do this? I sure didn't.
Any medical folks (or non medical) here have any better idea on how to remedy it? It REALLY fuggin hurts!
