I get it now, but what sounded racist Ice, was the fact that you marked a persons race in one country and used that observation to explain trends in another country without any mention of other factors.
The direct implication from the first post was that you either
(a) Think black and hispanic people are more prone to crime under any circumstance, or
(b) less offensively, think black and hispanic people are poor everywhere and therefore more prone to crime everywhere.
Apparently you meant (b), but your neglect of the fact that there are countries with poor white people which have high crime rates is what stood out in your analysis.
I still dont get why you point out the race instead of the size of the low income population.
