Well there are 65536 TCP/IP Ports
and 65536 UDP Ports.

For abour 130,000.

Good Question.

I THINK the answer is yes but am not sure.

Click on Start --> Run. Type "CMD" then hit enter to get the command line

Type "Netstat -a -n" then hit enter. You will notice a bunch of UDP ports listed and listening.

I think UDP ports are used for Windows File Sharing etc. These can be exploited.

Yah, the only UDP ports I have are local to my side of my router.... Nothing that goes out to the Interent.
