Nowitski had a great regular season. Theres no denying that.

Now whether

a) he played bad in the playoffs
b) he choked because he cant stand the pressure
c) he played ok but is just a soft European player with no real heart..or
d) GS just shut him down because Nellie knows his weakneses

is up for debate, but noen of that affects the fact that he had a great regular season. In fact when you consider that The Mavs got owned while Dirk was being slowed down considerably makes a case that he IS the MVP. The Mavs have trouble winning without him playing well. At least that was Kennys case for Nash when Nash was out and Phoenix stumbled.
