Hey there all you Brits.

Talking to Tetsuo last night and we agreed that it might be fun if people are available to do so to try to get a night's live poker in some time in the next coupla months for all you BTPers. So I was considering pencilling in a weekend in either february or march. The evening's entertainment will probably involve going to a casino, possibly London (although it's hardly central it probably offers the best night out as well as the nicest choice of cardrooms) and playing, maybe have a few drinks (though of course not too many! Save that for later...) and something to eat beforehand for anyone who's interested. So, if anybody thinks this sounds like a good way to fritter away an evening, let me know (in this thread or by PM). Anyone who is interested but cant make a specific weekend in february or march then let me know. If anything it'll probably be late feb so don't worry about the first week so much.

Additionally, if anyone lives in the Leeds or Yorkshire area and is interested in getting a game going, or possibly visiting one of our many crappy casinos, drop me a PM.

Welll, yes I suppose but not quite as far South I suppose is what I meant.

When I think 'North' I think Midlands (I used to live in Leicester, but since moving to London area, anything past Milton Keynes is conceptually 'Northern', lol).

I vote London. There's glitz, there's glamour.. it's the BIG SMOKE, baby, yeah!

Plus I rent a house about 1hr out of London that could be used to put a small nubber of folks up for the weekend if necessary - we could even spend the weekend on one big home game session. Just throwing some more ideas into the mix..
