'Land of the Free' again huh...

We have hardly any drug or similar tests here for schoolkids or employees

I don't see that it's the school's/employer's business anyway out of work/school hours...

If my employer showed so little trust in me that they wanted to drug test me (without very very good reason) , I'm afraid it would be 'bye bye' employer.

If my school wanted to alcohol or drug test my kid 'randomly' I certainly wouldn't be consenting to it either.

In the little town of Lockney, Texas, a courageous father named Larry refused to have his young son, ten years old, drug tested. He was shunned and lost his job. Educational television did a one hour special about this. The whole town and all the teachers were against him. They had a huge hearing in the gym. It was packed and he had no supporters except one ACLU lawyer. He was just a small town farm worker. His life was totally disrupted because he stuck by his beliefs.
