So I saw zero shows that anyone has listed here.

Except for The Office. I agree with Xas. That one scene was like a purposely lengthened family guy style joke, except for one fatal flaw. It wasn't funny at start, in the middle, or at the end.

I liked the intro scene with Michael vaguely describing the incident. The cat thing.. meh... but maybe it'll have some interesting effects on Dwight's relationship with Angela. It was tolerable and didn't last too long.

Now every scene with Kevin... those were golden! I have a newfound love for his character.

The two best shows were cancelled so no point in watching TV anymore.

Arrested Development: 10
Firefly: 9

Nothing running right now scores above an 8. Heroes and Weeds are still watchable, 30 Rock to kill some time in a pinch but other than that it is looking bleak.

Weeds is great. Ive had a thing for Mary Louis Parker since she was in some episodes of the West Wing.
