My New House

Just agreed price (£335k).

The 300ft gardens are amazing and the loft space for conversion is huge (seen another house 2 doors down). Will get 2 double bedrooms, 2nd bathroom and study up there. :D Already got plans and planning permission.

Should also be abe to stick on a nice big conservatory..

The house itself is beautifully done out - Edwardian - stained glass, light and airy on a quiet tree lined street but only 12 minutes walk from a mainline train station that takes me into Manchester in 9 minutes (or direct to my kids nursery in 13 mins).

Not cheap though - top table finish in the Paradise $200 a week on Saturday would be handy :)

Very nice! I assume you don;t get the coffee table in the living room? We've got one very similar to that (2 drawers high) and it's sweet. Get one if you don't already. Very nice closeness to Stockport train station.

Stockport town centre on the other hand :-x

Verrrrry nice :) good luck with it. I moved into my new one 5 months back and it's a fun, if strenuous, experience!

That kitchen floor would give me a headache though
