Neteller half-baked idea ... thoughts?

My parents are in England right now for several months. They have an English bank account. But of course they're American citizens.

Is there any reason I couldn't ask them to set up a neteller account, then transfer my neteller bucks to them and have them withdraw the $$ for me? I'm sure they would never use neteller for anything anyway so if they got closed down it wouldn't even matter.

Thoughts? Thanks.
