UPDATE:
The hotel I had booked online in Tucumcari, NM was suppose to have WiFi but it didnt. So I had no internet access yesterday. All I did on Tuesday was drive anyways. I didnt end up getting out of Dallas till 1:30. I stopped and ate at Big Daddy BBQ in Amarillo, tx which was amazingly good, and I'Ive eaten BBQ at alot of places. GREAT SUCCESS.

Today, I got up kinda late and left Tucumcari and drove the 2.5hrs into Albuquerque. I stopped by Isleta casino south of albuqerque. Isleta is a fairly small casino with a bunch of old slot machines. Its not very nice really. They had a small 8 table poker room with 1 2/4 limit game goin. This was at 12:30pm on a Weds so i wasnt expecting it to be too busy. I wouldnt reccommend going there for poker. From there I went to Sandia which is on the north side of Albuquerque. It had 9 games going, but no 2/5 game. there was:
2-- 1/2NLH
2-- 2/4 LHE
1-- 4/8 LHE
1-- 10/20 LHE (which surprised me, that high of a limit game isnt that common)
2!! -- 4/8 Omaha Hi/Lo w/half kill games

I played the O8 game. O8 is a hard game to find. It really surprised me they were able to spread 2 games mid-day on a wednesday. The table was a bunch of old guys who were regulars. The dealers knew their names and what not. Anyways, the players were so FUCKING bad. Like its ridiculous how bad. Every single one of them. None of them could beat a .01/.02 O8 game online. It was insane. 10 handed table and avg players to flop was about 7. Multiple times there was family pots (minus me). I saw 7 players see a flop, someone bet the flop and ALL 7 players call. This happened twice that I remember. Few players folded on the flop. More would drop out on the turn then there would be 3-5 players go to showdown most times. I won $350 in 4.5hrs and im not very good at O8. Ive read some articles and one book and played about 5-10k hands online as a loser.

EX hand: 8 to flop. I have [Ad] [2d] [Ts] [Jh] in CO.
Flop [5d] [8d] [9s]. Beautiful flop for me. Checked to me I bet. 6 callers.
Turn [Td]. checked to me I bet my nut flush. 4 callers.
River: [Qd]. checked to me I bet. Guy calls w/ 55. Then 7hi flush calls. Then J9T2 over calls three ppl with the NON nut straight (after chasing the straight on the turn). SHIP IT

So tommorrow I drive to Las Vegas..
