Yeah, Milloy was pretty much the shit at safety when he left the Pats. That's why I said maybe they use him as their example as what happens when you go for the bucks--no rings, no fame.




Edited b/c I missed 3B's post--check out the stats after he left the Pats...he was still a Pro Bowl caliber safety, but nobody seems to know his name b/c he's been on crap teams. They let him go right before the season started, iirc. Essentially, it was a departure based on his wanting more, and not an offer luring him away. However you care to word it, he wanted paid and was not willing to compromise to their liking.
