JPEG's (i.e. naughty pics)

Got a question about picture files. I have a lot of nice porn pics in the .jpg format. On a lot of them, when you put your mouse over it a little box appears in the lower right hand corner and if you click the box, the picture gets bigger. I noticed that on a few of the pics this box does not appear. Anyone know why this is and how to fix it? They are the same format so I can't figure why they are different in this way.
