Yeah, that's what the Chargers thought. :(

The Chargers defense is like swiss cheese. Lots of holes. The Jets scored 7 points against Pittsburgh last time. I dont see them scoring more than 10 this time.

So as a Pitt fan who would you rather see them play, Indy or NE?

If I ain't sinkin', well I must be swimin' If I ain't dead, I must be livin' Livin' is the thing, that scares me the most And if I ain't sleepin', well I better be fishin' If I ain't anchored I will be driftin' But all and all, I'm doing pretty good, since I hit my third coast!

Genius, they both worry me obviously, but Id reather play Indy believe it or not. Manning is the best QB in the league right now, but still, Indy played a collection of horrible defenses all year. The only good defense they played was Baltimore and they only scored 20 points and that game was in the dome. Against Pittsburgh in 25 degree weather I cant see them scoring more than 20. Pittsburgh will chew the clock up and limit Mannings possessions. I think he'll get frustrated.

The Jets only scored 20 including overtime against a fairly bad defense.
And I have to edit an earlier statement. The Jets only scored 6 last time against Pittsburgh..not 7.

Pennington was 17-31 for189 yards 0 TDs and 3 INTs last game. Pittsburgh didnt play great that game either but Burress didnt play so there was no deep threat to stretch the field.

Kowboy, my folks are still big Cowboy fans, but my father is also an Aggie, so that pretty much says all that needs to be said. We'll always have the memories of America's Team. Jerry Jones can't take away what the 70's gave us.

It's great to be a Pats fan, now, when you remember the days of 1-15, Victor Kiam and the Patriot Missle, James Orthwein trying to move the Pats to St. Louis, and the Bill Parsells-out fiasco. N.E. is simply the very best franchise in football at the present time, which none of us could have EVER forseen. Too bad our secondary has been destroyed by injuries. I'd love to see this game with both teams at full strength. (And I can't imagine the Pats giving points to the Colts. Lots of stupid Boston money on this one, I'm afraid.)

Wow talk about being wrong. Wow wow wow.

Are we sure those were the Colts? Just wow.

On the strength of this weekend's games, you have to like New England over Pittsburgh. New England totally destroyed and outstanding team, and Pittsburgh barely beat a decent one.

On the other hand, I've been wrong every step of the way so far in these playoffs.

I really hate to say I told you so....actually I dont. The Colts are a speed team built for a turf lined dome where they execute their timing offense with speedy precision. They got crushed last year by the Pats on a frozen field that slowed them down and it was inevitable to happen again. Also, they played 1 top ten defense all year and scored only 20 points and that WAS at home in the dome.

A dome team with no defense will never win on the road outside in the playoffs.

The superbowl is next week. 2 well balanced teams with little or no weaknesses.

Running game....Pitt #2 in NFL..NE very good also....slight edge PITT
QB........Pitt has a great rookie but hes a rookie....NE has a proven leader...edge NE
WRs.....clear edge to Pitt
Offensive line...Pitt may have the best line in the NFL....clear edge PITT

Defensive line.....I'll call it even
Linebackers...the strength of both defenses, but Pitt has th runner up defensive player of the year and 2 former pro bowlers at LB...edge Pitt
DBs....NE is beat to hell...Pitt has one pro bowler at safety and is solid everywhere else..again edge to Pitt.

Coaching...2 of the best coaches in the league...slight edge to NE because Bellicek is a master game planner

Intangibles....wild card...NE wants revenge badly and is the reigning champ. Pitt has a rookie QB....edge NE

NE's only weakness is their injured secondary, but can Roethlisburger take advantage of it, and play like he has all year, or will he make rookie mistakes like he did his week?

This will be one hell of a game and will probably be decided by turnovers. If Big Ben turns it over Pitt loses. If Pitt's defense confuses Brady like they did last time and they force turnovers, Pitt wins. Its a tossup, but its on my birthday so Im hoping for a nice present.

yup it does feel got to be a Pats fan.

Life is good!

but as for the steeler and Pats game next week. Its gonna come down to running the ball and stopping the run, so who ever has the turnover ratio in their favor should win this game.

GO PATS!!!!
I have 3 sevens and u have only 2 jacks I guess your just one "JACK OFF".
