How Long Would It Take to Go to Trial Where You LIve?

Postby Johnny Hughes » Wed Jan 18, 2006 10:23 am

My friend Iron Drawers was murdered Jan. 2, 2004, over two years ago.

The killer was caught that night and has been in jail over two years. How long would it take where you live for a case like this to go to trial?

Here's an article I wrote about this dear friend.

Very nice story.

As far as the trial, in the past Ive gotten a subpoena for court for a speeding ticket I had written over 3 years earlier. The justice system has alot of flaws to say the least.

Well in Thailand if you murder a tourist on a popular beach and piss off the Prime Minister it look like about 14 days from offence to execution
