Got preapproved... Filled out my loan application... Waiting till they release the property so I can pick which lot I want.. Other than that, I'm just waitin till October...
As for apartments, never looked for one... Maybe try to rent out a room at TI???

Moving... they're jerkin me around a little, saying now the projected build time is Oct/Nov, instead of the flat Oct they said earlier... But, I'm not really in that much of a rush, as I still gotta sell my place before I do anything...
I'm not really sure what details you're looking for... After everything, the house is gonna end up costing me like 350k or so... I've seen a lot of houses around in the area, and most are similar priced, but are old (more than 12 years) and smaller (most are around 2k Sq Ft... Mine is closer to 2300)... I'm not sure what rent goes for there, as Im not planning to rent... But, I'm hoping I can rent out the minisuite thing on the first floor (you listenin Piers) to help me pay the mortgage...
