I like the line though...you CAN lose purposefully in poker, whereas it's harder in other games...

Funny thing, though...you CAN lose purposefully in casino games like BJ and Craps...HIt on ALL HANDS (even 21!)...

"other than making horrible bets" -- what does that mean? I haven't played craps, but as I understand it there's no skill involved other than making the least -EV bets available.

You can't lose the lottery on purpose. No skill.
You can lose at blackjack on purpose. Skill.
You can't lose at roulette on purpose. No skill.
You can lose at poker on purpose. Skill.

Makes sense to me.
