Do you have to first depoit money from epassporte into the poker site before you can withdraw money out of the poker site into epassporte?

For instance when I try to withdraw money from Poker Stars epassporte is not one of the options I can use as a method to withdraw. Do I have to 1st make a deposit?

Not sure about Stars, but Full Tilt did work like that..you had to make a deposit with epass before you could withdraw to it.

the policies are room dependant. With Stars a depo is mandatory.
