Pookah is a brutal game somedays, though I am surprised the announcer says he has never seen this before, its not super uncommon.

you gotta remember that online players see WAAAAAY more hands than people who only play live. Krisy Gazes on PAD, for ex, had quads and remarked that she gets that hand SO rarely that she had NO IDEA how to play it...but online players putting in 30-100k hands/month get in that spot weekly.

OTOH, the announcer DID say "IN THIS FORMAT" which is probably VERY true...it's probably a huge mistake to fold KK in that tournament format.
