Don't forget Michael Moore's expose in F9/11 regarding MOST senators not reading MOST of what they vote for...so it's very very likely that NO ONE read this gambling joiner to the port bill...the bill which most of them also probably didn't read.

If they don't even read the crap that they vote for which is esentially their job. What exactly is it that they do do? Seems like campaigning to stay in an office in which they don't do anything anyway consumes most of their effort.
