I am interested.

I like the $50 MTT is fine as is the smaller buy in 10 man S&G advancing to the more expensive one.

well, fla, this is why the SnG option looks good to me. it's a relatively small time commitment, and the qualifiers can be run at various times that are convenient to different people's lifestyles.

i checked out the time differences, and i was thinking that any final MTT would probably start around 2pm ET on a weekend day. that's 7pm UK and 11am for west coast US. that allows for a three or four hour tourney with no real problems for the bulk of our constituents. it may even be possible to start an hour (or two?) later, depending on how long we think the tourney will take. we'll have to start earlier if it's a deep stack tourney.

I would like to see the buy-in to be small, this way all BTP-ers can have a shot at playing. However, I dont think it can be too small, otherwise the qualifying procedure will be too cumbersome. $50 sounds about right - I think there should be 50 players who are willing to put that up. I don't have much interest in playing a $250 SNG, for various reasons.

Fun idea though, hope it comes to fruition.
