What was the series set in Alaska with weird characters: the Doctor, Barry Corbin played one part. Everyone in town was eccentric. it started out with a moose wandering through town.

What was the cop show with Dennis Franz? Set in New York? That bad-acting red-headed guy that is on CSI: Miami was in it awhile.
