Plays more video formats like Divx, so you can DL TV/films off the internet and put them straight in without any conversion.

I have the older model of that, the Zen Vision M, and i have to say it is quite pimp. Comes with the wall charger too and is cheaper than the Ipod.

I'm waiting on the Microsoft Zune. It's their competitior to the Ipod and should be going mainstream soon. Huge screen, lot's of video/music support I really can't wait. Right now I have a creative zen micro, which is fine, but for 250$ Zune blows it out of the water.
