Be glad your opponents refuse to fold; if they didn't, you just might go broke.

Sounds like a bunch of underaged drunk punk ass kids trying to be Perry Mason to me. Maybe if they would stop disobeying the law, none of this would happen?

Based on the facts given by the original poster (which I would say are probably very skewed in his favor), I see nothing wrong here at all.

The same idiots would be screaming that the police did nothing, if they arrived, heard screaming inside but refused to go in without a warrant...and then found that the place was being robbed by 4 masked gunmen and 2 guys get shot after the police left.

Memo to every college kid who thinks hes a lawyer.........based on facts listed, no warrant is needed to enter this house.

Police also have the right to use a small amount of force in advance to quell a possibly escalating situation which is exactly what it sounds like they did here.

The guys gonna file a lawsuit because he needs a bandaid on his finger tip? Good luck with that.

That could be a bit much depending on the circumstances, I agree, but my guerss is that more than what the original poster is saying, really happened. Most of the were probably drunk. There was probably alot of cussing and other things going on that caused the cops to use intimidation tactics to control the crowd. Im guessing the cops were outnumbered.
