ALMOST anything goes

This forum is open to discussions of a wide variety of subjects and this forum is called "anything goes" because this is mainly a poker forum but this forum is open to non poker related topics.

While this forum is titled "Anything Goes", that should not be taken literally. Certain topics tend to get prety heated when personalities clash as will happen when people have strong opinions. This is fine as long as people arent making personal attacks on each other.

"I hate republicans" is fine.
"I hate you, you left wing ass hole piece of garbage" is not fine.

There have been a rash of personal attacks and too much needling and jabbing recently. I have been both victim and instigator myself so dont think that I think Im above any of this, but it has to be reined in as alot of people are starting to complain.

I obviously cant post a list of exactly what can and cant be said to someone. Use the good judgement that god gave you. Continued and / or repeated violations of the spirit of this board will result in banning.

It'd be a shame to start banning the mods. With the odd exception I think they do a pretty good job.
