Here is the hand. Should I fold or call

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (10 handed)

MP2 ($115.25)
MP3 ($22.85)
Hero ($100)
Button ($122.37)
SB ($111.55)
BB ($122.30)
UTG ($141.90)
UTG+1 ($93)


UTG+2 ($73)
MP1 ($23.60)

Preflop: Hero is CO with [5c], [6c]. SB posts a blind of $0.50.
1 fold, UTG+1 calls $1, 3 folds, MP3 calls $1, Hero calls $1, 2 folds, BB checks.

Flop: ($4.50) [4h], [4c], [3c] (4 players)
BB checks, UTG+1 checks, MP3 bets $3, Hero raises to $8, BB folds, UTG+1 calls $8, MP3 folds.

Turn: ($23.50) [6h] (2 players)
UTG+1 checks, Hero checks.

River: ($23.50) [2d] (2 players)
UTG+1 bets $30

I let this one go for a better spot unless the guy is known over bet bluffs, in which case I can see where he might be bluffing with the best hand 1/4 of the time:(

What a crappy river card ;( at least he didn't check. Would have sucked more if you bet the river and got checkraised.
