Prima $100 NL
Dealt [6h] [6s] in the SB

All fold and I complete the blind and the BB checks.

Flop
[4s] [6d] [8d]
I bet $4
BB raises to $12
I reraise to $25
BB Calls

Turn [5s]
I check (Damn, I should have bet here)
BB bets $25

What's next?

push. you could be behind to 75 or 79 or 88. but villain could also have 44, 64, 86, 84. i dont think you should fold a set at these stakes for 100bb stacks. if you were each at 300bb....and he put you all-in...and he's a super-rock...then maybe. but not here.

First thing i would change is the min-raise on the flop. I would re-raise to $36. Then I would just push ALL-IN on the turn and not have checked. Put him to a decidion. If he has a straight..u have outs. However, I do not think he had a made striaght on the flop, cause of the FD and he prolly would have gonhe ALL-IN on ya. I think 2 pair is a llegitiamte holding for him.

There is many hands that u beat and not that many ahead of you. So I think this is a good place to get ur chips i. Even if he does fold, I am happy with the $50+ in the pot now! Stack sizes are HUGE in this hand by the way!

I really messed this one up I think. (I folded by the way)

I have been on an extended "Break Even Streak" for the past 14,000 hands. I only made profit last month because of bonuses and It is really statring to affect my play.

Normally I would have tripled that $12 reraise but I was sitting at another table with the same guy and he had a $290 stack and was playing very LAG. He just limped from the BB so I put him on small cards.

I let him outplay me by not betting enough on the flop and checking the turn I guess. It seemed like the right play at the time but when I replayed the hand in PT, I almost cried.

You "almost cried"? Your check/fold on that turn makes baby Jesus cry for real (as trodgers might say).

Your options there are call or push, not fold.

You folded! WOW. Did the fact that he had such a big stack on anothertable sway u from making ur decision. I am curious to know!
