I dont understand this one?? I put this guy on big cards, hoping he will catch his AK, AQ or AJ on the turn, I'm not sure how he folds, I feel like I left money on the table on this one. Anyone call the reraise and push on the river??

This is my first stab at BTP Hand Analysis

After a little looking, I put him on JT. He got to see the flop for cheap..and many players like their JT or JT suited from late position.

It is checked to him on the flop and he fires off a bet with Top Pair. You call.

Turn comes and gives him top two pair...He bets you raise. He reraises to see if you where you are at. Your all-in shows a straight and he folds it down. The other thing I could see him on is 44 but it would be really hard for him to let go of that.

I posted a question "Top Set on Flop - Turn Question". I'm trying to see opportunities to bet based on my opponents stack rather than the pot so that I can get more of them all in when I am a big favorite. Have you had any luck with this?

Yeah ninja, I though he had AJ or J/10 but he only has to call $15 more and he is getting atleast 5:1 on his money, this one really confused me, my roommate was watching me play, and I was explaining to him that I had this fish hooked and then he folded and I was really surprised.

I assume he had nothing. Anyway looks like you played it perfectly on your part, although some percentage of the time I'll lead the flop.

I really love Pt for these situations, it makes it a lot easier to know who is more likely to bet and who is more likely to call. Against passive players I lead this flop almost every time. This guy was quite agressive so, I decided to let him hang himself.

I think he bluffed at it to get you off the "draw" he thought you had.

With a straight draw and a club draw on the board, he took a stab and you had him beat. He probably figured YOU for a draw (AJ is more likely), and when you re-raised him, he figured he was drawing dead to a straight, or to a max of 2 outs with his jacks.
