CO limps. i raise to $5 OTB with red jacks. CO calls. i have $140 and he covers. he seems pretty decent. too loose preflop, not such a great hand-reader postflop. but certainly not an example of the tribeca stereotype. i would even say there's a good chance he's a break-even/winning player.

he waits a few seconds and bets $16. ???

Might as well fold...no idea why he bet though. Maybe AX of spades and thinks you have a bigger ace and will fold? No idea...
