I dont see how you do anything but put him all in here. Especially with an aggression of 4.4 he is going to be on a draw/combo draw a lot. Maybe [Td]?

What 3% of hands does a 24/21 player just call with? SCs? A10s, A9s? Small pairs? With these stats i dont see him just calling AA JJ or 99 from the SB. The only hand im worried about here is [Td] which he might play like this. But i dont play at these stakes.
