Hand #1
I riase
[Qd] in EP to $8. Heads up with the button. My Notes say he makes well timed bluffs. Interesting.
FLOP$19
[4d][5h]
I check, he check. (not my normal play..but i do like to mix it up on occasion.)
TURN$19
[4d][5h][Td]
I bet $15. He calls.
RIVER $49
[4d][5h][Td][Jd]
I check. he IMMEDIATELY bets $34.
I think for a while. I figure he called the turn with the itention of stealing the river. (sounds like something i might do.) My check on the flop must have represented something like AK to him. Plus..he shouldn't be betting that quickly on such a complicated board. I call.
He shows
[9c] for a gutshot draw on the turn.
hand #2
1/2 on a different table.
Bunch of callers. I call on the button with
[7h].
FLOP $12
[7d][Qs]
Blinds chec. UTG bets $4. Guy from last hand calls in LP. I raise to $16. Only the opponent from last hand calls.
TURN $48
[7d][Qs][4d]
Opponent bets $38 quickly. Hmmm...that's an odd bet. I call for a full house. I don't have correct odds by a long shot...but I have a strong feeling I'm winning.
RIVER$124
[7d][Qs][4d][3s]
He moves in for $120 instantly. I call with my last $110.
He shows
[9h] for a busted straight draw.
Any arguments with these lines of plays?? They worked this time.
