I riase [Qd] in EP to $8. Heads up with the button. My Notes say he makes well timed bluffs. Interesting.

I check, he check. (not my normal play..but i do like to mix it up on occasion.)

I bet $15. He calls.

I check. he IMMEDIATELY bets $34.

I think for a while. I figure he called the turn with the itention of stealing the river. (sounds like something i might do.) My check on the flop must have represented something like AK to him. Plus..he shouldn't be betting that quickly on such a complicated board. I call.

He shows [9c] for a gutshot draw on the turn.

Bunch of callers. I call on the button with [7h].

Blinds chec. UTG bets $4. Guy from last hand calls in LP. I raise to $16. Only the opponent from last hand calls.

TURN $48

Opponent bets $38 quickly. Hmmm...that's an odd bet. I call for a full house. I don't have correct odds by a long shot...but I have a strong feeling I'm winning.

RIVER$124

He moves in for $120 instantly. I call with my last $110.

He shows [9h] for a busted straight draw.

Any arguments with these lines of plays?? They worked this time.

I think the fact that you know the player and his tendencies really favored you in your decisions to call. If it were someone you hadn't played with or didn't take notes of their style of play, I would've probably had to lay down the second hand. The first hand I think you played well regardless. He didn't bet the flop the first time around, no reason to think he tripped up on the river.

I don't understand opponents like him. You should think that he learned from his mistake in hand #1.

He bluffed you earlier on a different table. He knows that you know it. Why would he do it again?

When I see a player make a big mistake or a bad bluff I don't always put a note on him, because I think that he must have learned from the mistake he made, and he probably doesnt do that again. But very often I see him make the same mistake/bluff again. Strange.

Now that I m playing the $50 tables the notes are very usefull because you play the same players very often. My notes have saved me a lot of money and have made me some also.

Reads and GT+ are BLESSINGS!

Do you keep notes on the poker software? is there a way to export all that to a file?
