His range is what? [KJ, KQ, 77, AK-KK?(doubt it), JJ] He check call and then check the turn. It seems to me he either is misplying massively 77,KQ,KK or missed the flop. By checking extract something when he has air (and i think at this point he has air more often than not) because he will bet the river a lot of times after your turn check. Anyways, at this point on the hand I dont see him calling with many hands that you beat unless he is a total donk and you didnt say that was your read.

On the river, I dont think he'll call the push often enough for it to be the highest EV. I think I'd bet $65.
Of course a different line woud be what UA suggested but i dont like it because it seems to me that he has nada, and the fact that he checked the river again makes it kinda obvious.
