Worst case scenario is he's hit his OESD and UTG+1 folds. Then it's $32 to call into a $100 pot, so you've just about got odds to call for the boat.

There's also a chance he's got 44 or some other hand (though I'm struggling to find one).

I would call and invite the short stack. AI on river.

I think that a good player would isolate the short stack if holding JJ. You problem is 88.
