I'm with palman on this one. I will just add one thing. Some people here seem to routinely pass up +EV situations to hopefully have an even more +EV situation later on to bust an idiot. What I mean by that is instead of getting your money in against him with a strong hand they wait for the nuts. In theory that's a good idea but realistically you probably won't get a better opportunity than Top2 on this type of board against a hand that you are MOST LIKELY ahead of. Either someone else is gonna bust him before you do or he's gonna leave.
