I raise to $7 with [As]

[Kc] UTG. Button and BB both call.

Pot $22. Flop [Ad]

[Kd][4h] BB checks. I bet $21. Button folds and then BB check raises to $69. Effective stacks are $260.

Ive been at the table for about 10 mins and this is the 1st hand hes played.

Call and push the turn?
Reraise now?
Fold because he has 44?

He could have [Qd]

[Jd],[Jd][Td],[Qd][Td],[4d][5d]. We cant go around folding Top 2 on a wetish flop because he has not played a hand in 10 minutes. Isnt it law that you are allowed to go broke against a set with Top 2?

Im a tad tightish preflop for 6 max and I still NEVER go 10 mins w/o playing a hand. If Im in position Im raising anything playable from the the button or cutoff. This guy isnt doing that which tells me hes a grade A nit.

I folded which was probably stupid and I doubt I'll do it again, but Im 90% sure he had 44 after watching him play another hour.
