Top 2 facing action - 50 NL FR

Im in the small blind w [Qh] [Ts] . 2 MP callers, button call, I complete (?) bb check.

Flop (pot $2.50) [3d] [7s] [Th] I lead out $2, bb fold, MP1 calls, 2 folds.

Turn (pot $6.50) [Qd] I bet $5, MP raises to $10. What now? I cant see what draws or weaker hands calling the flop now raising me, so I fear a set. After thinking all the available time, I actually called.

River pot (pot $26.50) [3h] I check, MP bets 22. I ???


All help and comments throughout this hand appreciated.
