The board has 4 diamonds on it, I have the Ace of diamonds. I go all in (about $40). Everybody folds but one guy, who calls. After the hand he types in, "I just had to see if you had the flush." It cost him $40 to find out!!!!

Then again for all I know, he could have had the King of diamonds.

Do you find it common to find players who will call just to see if you actually had them beat?

On the $50NL at party, they will bet/call any amount with just about anything.-twe

Yep, my favorite was at a home game tourny, where I moved all in pre-flop with AKs, I get called by this guy with A5os (who catches his 5 and knocks me out), he says to me "I thought you had aces, but I figured I had a lot of outs", me and my buddy laughed about it for days.

I've seen quite a few people type the old "I had to see" in the chat box, that's how you know you're at a good table.
