For me this is an easy fold. This hand is how every calling station in the land plays a flush draw, check call, check call... weak 'please pay me off for being a donk' value bet.

I would fold here probably 90% of the time without a read, I don't think this is a blocking bet or bluff, and even if it is a blocking bet, what hand uses a blocking bet that you can beat?
