I have the same problem. The trouble is that while I am saying that I am beat my finger clicks the mouse to call. Some sort of wiring problem between the brain and my right index finger. Seems to be a common problem, especially with poker players. Might be a manufacturing fault. Am waiting for the product recall.

I don't know if I can do that many pushups....

I haven't had to do my pushups in a while, but I still find it works for me. Gives me a break and works out the frustration.

I like the push-up idea. But, concentrate on the not doing it again part

I think the part of the brain that has a wiring problem is

'I know I am beat, but maybe he is bluffing and look at all that money in the pot for the taking - then the finger does its thing.'

I often hold my finger and repeat to myself 5 times 'don't call all-in with only TPTK' it works sometimes but not often. One time I called and actually won. He was bluffing. Now my brain's wiring is really screwed up since I won once.
