Wow, that is a mess. It's tough to lay down a flush in the heat of the moment but thinking about it from a neutral perspective I think you are beat and have to lay down to that min raise.

He just smooth calls a full pot bet on a raggedy flop with the only real draw on the board being clubs. So he likely either has an overpair, set, or club draw. Now the club hits on the turn and pairs the board. You bet half pot and he doesn't even try to protect his hand but just min raises. If he has a vulnerable hand like an overpair and he feels like he wants to raise he would likely do more than a min raise to protect against another club falling. I just can't really see any plausible hand you beat here.

On the turn I would call. You have a Straightflush draw (2outs) and a made Flush. He may raise with the Ace of clubs and the Nut flush draw. But I agree it is a close decision.

On the river I would call for sure his bet because he may indeed bet his busted draw and you have outs of 1:5.

Besides a suited Ac what other holding could he have that would include just an Ac? Nothing I can think of that can call that flop bet. I highly doubt he is min raising a naked Ac here.
