Sick spot OOP against TAG - 200 NL 6max

Effective stacks 269 (I covered). Villian is CO and is very TAG (regular). I have a TAG image too.

[Jh] UTG and raise to 8. CO, OTB, SB, BB call.

Flop [Qh]

[Th][9c]

I often check in spots like this, but I have my OESD so I bet 1/2 pot 20 only villian calls.

Turn [9h]

I have the OESFD...HERO?

I check, he fires 1/2 pot 40...I call.

River [As]

HERO?

I check/call 72.

Thoughts?

I really think you should be folding the turn since your outs excluding the 2 straight flush outs are fairly obvious and even if you do hit it is going to be impossible to get paid off or not pay off a better hand.
