Opponent is the type of player you dont see much of nowadays. He'd called down people withmiddle pair in a raised pot where it was obvious the had an overpair. He would chase far too many hands for any price. running at around 78/27/1.75

I think you played it good, it's high varience but very +EV. They'll show you 2pair+ sometimes, but most often they have just a pair and call down stacks with it.
